The Swiftech MCW5000 water block continues the outstanding line of quality products from this company. From the blue anodized upper housing to the
thick copper base with their new Diamond-Pin Matrix© design that adds turbulance to the water flow and increases heat tranfer, this block is classic
Swiftech design. The bottom where
the base makes contact with the CPU is lapped flat to 3/10 of 1/1000", and mirror polished. The hose fittings are set at a 45 degree angle to reduce
hose kinking and the retention mechanism allows for installation without removing the motherboard. These guys know their stuff.
