Volume Purchases

We do offer discounts on large purchases. If you and a group of friends decide you would like a particular item, then contact me at sales and I will be happy to quote you a price.

Shipping

All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible. In most cases this means within 24 hours unless we are out of stock on a item. All orders will ship UPS ground or US mail. Modded cases are made to order and may take up to a week to ship. If special shipping is required then please e-mail us at sales and we will try to accommodate you.

Damaged Merchandise

If you have a problem with one of our products or there has been damage in shipping then e-mail us at service and we will promptly find a solution. We will warranty the product up to 30 days after it was received by you, after that the replacement of the product is the responsibility of the manufacturer. We visibly check all and physically check some of the products prior to shipment to reduce the chance of you receiving bad merchandise.
