We use a weatherstripping with a built in locking strip which is a little smaller than the 2 piece alternative. We also include an installation tool to help with the job. This new material is like nothing else on the market today. It has the properties of a 2-way mirror in that it is reflective until a light is turned on inside which makes it transparent. It is not just reflective but it has an iridescent appearance that changes colors as you look at it from different angles. The 4 pictures above give you an idea of what it looks like but it is much more impressive in person. The cost is quite a bit higher than our other material because our cost is 4 times more, but this material is worth every penny.
